Shah Rukh Khan has given his fans a special birthday surprise with the release of the first song from his upcoming movie King. Titled Tu Mil Jaaye, the song was released on November 2, 2026, on the occasion of the actor’s 61st birthday. It features Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone and gives a glimpse of their romantic chemistry.

The song is not just about love and romance. It also has action scenes that show the dangerous side of Shah Rukh’s character. This mix of romance and action makes the song an interesting introduction to the world of King.

Arijit Singh and Ed Sheeran Join Hands for the Song

One of the biggest highlights of Tu Mil Jaaye is its music. The song brings together Arijit Singh, Ed Sheeran and Madhubanti Bagchi. Arijit and Madhubanti have sung the Hindi portions, while Ed Sheeran adds an English rap section.

The music is composed by Sachin-Jigar, and Kumaar has written the Hindi lyrics. Ed Sheeran has also written his English rap. The combination of these artists gives the song a different feel and makes this collaboration one of its biggest attractions.

Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone's Chemistry

Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone look beautiful together in the music video. Their romantic moments, dance sequences and beach scenes bring back memories of their earlier films together.

The video also features some grand locations and stylish visuals. Deepika looks glamorous, while Shah Rukh appears in different looks throughout the song. Their chemistry remains one of the main reasons fans are excited about this new track.

However, the video takes an unexpected turn when romantic scenes are mixed with action. Shah Rukh's character is seen dealing with enemies and getting involved in dangerous activities. These moments suggest that his character has a much darker side behind his romantic personality.

A Small Glimpse Into the Story of King

Tu Mil Jaaye also gives viewers a few hints about the film's story. Shah Rukh's character appears to be someone who can enjoy romantic moments but is also connected to violence and crime. The video does not reveal the complete story, but it makes people curious about what happens in the movie.

Directed by Siddharth Anand, King is an action thriller featuring a big star cast. Along with Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone, the film also stars Suhana Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Rani Mukerji, Anil Kapoor, Raghav Juyal, Jaideep Ahlawat and others.

The movie is scheduled to release in theatres on December 24, 2026.

Fans Get a Special Birthday Treat

The release of Tu Mil Jaaye has made Shah Rukh Khan's birthday even more special for his fans. The song brings romance, music and action together while giving a fresh look at his character in King.

With Arijit Singh's voice, Ed Sheeran's rap and the popular pairing of Shah Rukh and Deepika, the track has plenty of things to catch the audience's attention. Now fans will be waiting to see more glimpses of the film before its Christmas release.
